How to find best link building services company?
Recently, i hired few big Link building companies.But i am not satisfied with their work. Companies seems to be big but the work is very poor. I think i should have to for small scale companies which can care more about our sites.. What do you say guys?
Is there any one who can help me in getting any small scale link building company who can show good serps. I have much work for them.

You should try building links yourself. It is time consuming but it is not that difficult. There are many companies. But sometimes a freelancer will make better work.
