Is EMBEDDING YOUTUBE VIDEOS ONTO MY WEBSITE USING JW PLAYER CONSIDERED ''COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT''?

Can i Embed any Video from Youtube onto my Website using Longtail Monetization? Is it legal and Will i be at a risk of Getting sued for Infringing Copyright? Does Youtube actually Allow this..For example can i Embed a Video clip of a Video Game Trailer uploaded by someone from youtube to my Website using Jw player plugin? Is it legal? PLEASE HELP ME ASAP.

Since Embedding can be considered as nothing more than posting a link to the original video without hosting it on my Website I hope its legal to Embed Any youtube Content onto my Monetized website. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!

You can use YouTube’s own embed HTML code to embed YouTube videos on your Web site. YouTube’s terms of service require that you use only their own embedding code and player to view their videos.
